UserWins AI maintains discretionary authority to prioritize support requests based on technical complexity, service impact, and available resources

Users must provide comprehensive technical information, error logs, and reproduction steps to facilitate efficient issue diagnosis and resolution

UserWins AI processes user-provided content, LinkedIn post data, and engagement preferences through proprietary algorithms and third-party AI services to generate contextually appropriate professional communications

Data processing activities include natural language analysis, sentiment evaluation, professional context assessment, and algorithmic comment generation optimized for LinkedIn engagement protocols

All data processing operations comply with applicable privacy regulations and are conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and established data protection frameworks

User-generated content and processing history are retained for operational purposes, service improvement, and compliance requirements as specified in our data retention policies

Users may request data deletion or account closure in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, subject to legal retention obligations and technical implementation timelines

UserWins AI implements automated data purging mechanisms for temporary content processing while maintaining persistent storage for essential account and preference data

UserWins AI's total liability for all claims, damages, and losses arising from or related to service usage shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

The Company expressly disclaims liability for consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or professional reputation harm

UserWins AI provides services 'as is' without warranties of any kind, and users assume full responsibility for service utilization outcomes, LinkedIn account impacts, and professional relationship consequences

Upon termination, user access to UserWins AI services will cease, and the Company may delete user data according to established retention policies and legal requirements

Termination does not relieve users of accrued payment obligations, indemnification responsibilities, or confidentiality commitments that survive agreement termination

Users must immediately discontinue service usage, uninstall browser extensions, and return or destroy any proprietary UserWins AI materials in their possession

Provisions regarding intellectual property rights, liability limitations, dispute resolution, and governing law shall survive termination of this agreement

UserWins AI maintains compliance with applicable privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and other jurisdictional data protection requirements through comprehensive privacy programs and technical safeguards

Users must ensure their service utilization complies with applicable privacy laws in their jurisdiction and obtain necessary consents for LinkedIn engagement activities

Cross-border data transfers are conducted in accordance with established legal frameworks and adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law

Users in regulated industries must ensure UserWins AI service usage complies with applicable professional standards, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific compliance obligations

The Company does not warrant compliance with specific industry regulations and users assume responsibility for regulatory compliance assessment and implementation

UserWins AI reserves the right to implement additional compliance measures, restrict service features, or require attestations to maintain regulatory alignment

UserWins AI reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without prior notice, with modifications becoming effective upon posting to our website

Continued service usage following terms modifications constitutes acceptance of updated provisions, while users who disagree with changes must discontinue service usage and terminate their accounts

Material changes affecting user rights, payment obligations, or liability provisions will be communicated through multiple channels including email notifications and in-application notices

The current version of these Terms and Conditions supersedes all previous versions and governs all service usage regardless of account creation date or historical agreement versions
